Winter Again

It is winter again here in Illinois. The cold winds blew in all night last night. Our neighbors have a dog named Cocoa. Her ball was in our yard & her doghouse was tipped over. She is an outside dog, but I think currently she has been put back in the garage with the cold front that has hit. We are having flurries, but the forcaster said it wouldn't amount to much.

My daffodils all look dead, but maybe they will pull through when the sun comes back. Right now it is 30 degrees feeling like 16 degrees. It looks like on Sunday it will be back up in the 40's.

We leave tomorrow after I get off work for Blaine, Minnesota. It is right outside of Minneapolis. Why did my husband have to be from the colder states? Brrrrr! We will be coming back Monday morning.
