1. Jack has a hard plastic turtle that Aaron bought him when he was a puppy. The reason Aaron bought this turtle for Jack was because when he would be gone for 12 hours plus, Jack would either tip his water or tear up the container. Before buying the turtle, Jack had destroyed a kids small pool and shredded it all over the yard. The turtle fixed the problem. Right away, Jack also figured out that it made a nice place to cool down in. He would do 3 circles and then plop down in the middle of the pool and drink.
2. When we first got Zoey, Jack had some jealousy issues. We bought Zoey a dog bed. Jack decided he would try to lay on it. The bed was Zoey-size, not Jack size. We ended up getting a Jack-size one later.
3. One of the things Jack had issues giving up to Zoey was his kennel. Once again, another item that was Zoey-size and not Jack-size. Jack has had this kennel though since he was a puppy. We would tell Zoey to get in the kennel and Jack would run in there before she could and we would have to drag him out of it.
4. Jack loved toys. He wouldn't just chase them, he would shred them. He always started with the eyes or nose, whichever was the hard plastic. Then off came each limb, one by one until it was mutilated.
5. One time Aaron and I were in the kitchen. Aaron was throwing food up in the air for Jack to catch. The only problem was that the light was in his eyes, so he would miss and chomp into the air. Jack was good entertainment.
