Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches

I loved Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches when I was a child. In fact, that is still my favorite sandwich. What I remember about PBJ's is my mom serving them to me with my favorite soup, tomato. I remember my Grandma Johnson serving them to me. They were the best. I thought it odd that she buttered the bread before adding the PB, but it added to it so much.
